What pricing options are available for my spot?

When you first add a spot, you'll be asked to set your desired hourly price for that spot. Parkade automatically calculates a discounted daily and monthly price based on that hourly price. Want to control all the prices yourself? Don't worry, you can do that! 

To edit your price and customize your daily and monthly prices, open the Host tab and then tap Spots. Tap on your spot, and you'll see your pricing options. ( If you’re a property manager setting prices on building-owned parking, instead tap the Manage tab, tap Spots, then tap on the spot.)

We know most people are content with our built-in discounts for daily (40% off) and monthly (~25% off) prices, so you’ll see a Simple Pricing setting to leave those in place. Keeping that setting on will allow you to set only your hourly price, and use our standard daily and monthly discounts.

If you want to customize the daily and monthly prices, disable Simple Pricing mode by tapping on the toggle, then tap the daily and monthly fields to edit them, as shown in this video:

Note that these prices are only used when someone books a spot you made available with the Calendar feature. If you receive a "request for parking" from someone (because no spots were available for them to book instantly), they set a price as part of their request.
