Renters use Parkade to reserve parking from a building or other residents.
Hosts use Parkade to make their parking spots available to other renters.
Buildings use Parkade to manage their parking lots by adding parking spots to the platform and making them available to renters. Building staff can monitor and control parking lot matters, such as who can access Parkade.
The Parkade app makes it simple for people to share parking among a community, with features like notifications, calendars, instant booking, monthly parking, and integration of payments/payouts. Parkade also makes it easy to report problems with your parking spot and receive an immediate solution!
