When do I get paid after someone reserves my spot?

To see your balance, add or change a bank account, or transfer your funds, open the Parkade app and tap on Accounts → Payouts.

For reservations less than 30 days, payments are available to be transferred 48 hours after the end of the reservation. For reservations longer than 30 days, payments are available every 30 days.

To see your current and pending balances, tap the Account tab and then tap Payouts. Parkade adds money to your balance 48 hours after the end of a short-term reservation to ensure the reservation went smoothly, and every 30 days for reservations over 30 days (or with no end date). For example, if someone reserves your spot monthly starting on July 1, you'll receive your first payment around August 1.

Once you have money in your balance, to move it, just tap the “transfer” button on that Payouts screen. The money will be sent to your bank account or debit card, and should be available within 2-3 business days. For example, if you initiate a transfer on a Thursday, it should show up the next Monday or Tuesday.
