Adding and editing vehicles

You should always add vehicle information to your account for any vehicle that will use a spot you've reserved or park in a lot that uses Parkade.

That way, we can contact you about the vehicle if it's misparked (rather than tow it) or if there's any other issue with it.

If your vehicle information changes - such as if you switch from a temporary license plate to a permanent one - update your vehicle in the app as soon as possible.

To add a vehicle:

• Tap Account.

• Tap Vehicles.

• Tap Add New Vehicle.

• Enter the make and model.

• Enter the license plate number.

  • We use the license plate you enter to identify if a reported vehicle is registered to your account.

  • Double-check that you entered it correctly, especially similar characters like 0 (zero) and O (the letter O).

• Select the state of the plate.

• Tap Save.

To update a vehicle:

• Tap Account.

• Tap Vehicles.

• Tap the vehicle you want to edit.

• Tap any of the fields to edit them.

• Tap Save.

• If you no longer have the vehicle or need it registered to your account, tap Remove Vehicle.
