Adding and editing vehicles

When reserving parking for yourself, you must select a vehicle as part of making a reservation. When making a reservation for a guest (selecting someone else for "Who's Parking"), the guest must select a vehicle as part of accepting the reservation.

When you have a reservation for an unassigned spot, you must always select the vehicle that's parking as the vehicle on the reservation. Only the selected vehicle will be authorized to park in the unassigned spot area.

You should always add vehicle information to your account for any vehicle that will park in a lot that uses Parkade.

If your vehicle information changes - such as if you switch from a temporary license plate to a permanent one - update your vehicle in the app as soon as possible.

To add a vehicle:

1. Tap Account.

2. Tap Vehicles.

3. Tap Add New Vehicle.

4. Enter the make and model.

5. Enter the license plate number.

   • We use the license plate you enter to identify if a reported vehicle is registered to your account.

   • Double-check that you entered it correctly, especially similar characters like 0 (zero) and O (the letter O).

6. Select the state of the plate.

7. Tap Save.

To update a vehicle:

1. Tap Account.

2. Tap Vehicles.

3. Tap the vehicle you want to edit.

4. Tap any of the fields to edit them.

5. Tap Save.

6. If you no longer have the vehicle or need it registered to your account, tap Remove Vehicle.
