Using Parkade without a smartphone

If you don't have a smartphone (or you're unable to download the Parkade app), we can help set up a monthly reservation for you, and you'll have access to some limited options in the web version of Parkade.

  1. Email us at hello@parkade.com to let us know you don't have a smartphone.

    • Tell us what spot(s) you'd like for your monthly reservation, or explain any preference, such as garage level, lot area, or type of spot.

  2. We'll see what's available and create a reservation assigned to you.

  3. You'll need to go to our web version at https://web.parkade.com/book/reservations to:

    • Confirm the reservation (otherwise it will expire after a few days).

    • Add a vehicle to the reservation.

    • Add a payment method to the reservation. Only credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay can be used when paying through the web; you cannot pay with a bank account.

You can use that web version to change the payment method for the reservation, change the vehicle on the reservation, or end the reservation when you no longer need it.

For any other actions, such as reserving short-term parking for a guest, you will need to use the mobile app version of Parkade.
