Supported payment methods and other payment information

Parkade supports payments made through credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and bank accounts (also called ACH payments). Google Pay is supported when booking on the web, but not in the Parkade app.

We do not recommend using rent payment platforms such as Bilt to pay for parking.

These platforms usually do not allow refunds to be processed. Due to financial restrictions, we are not able to send refunds to non-originating accounts. This means if you pay for a reservation and then need a refund, we cannot process that refund to you.

Your financial information is of the utmost importance to us, and we take the protection of your payment information seriously.

Payment information is stored with Stripe, and never on Parkade's side. Stripe is trusted by major corporations worldwide with financial information, and your data is securely stored on US-based servers. You can read more about Stripe's security policies here: https://docs.stripe.com/security.

All payments for short-term reservations will include a $0.25 + 3% service fee.

Payments for monthly reservations made by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay will include a 3% service fee.

To avoid this fee in the app, you can pay with a bank account. Reservations made by web cannot be paid for with a bank account.
