I can't log in to the app
Below are messages you may see when trying to log in to the Parkade app and what they mean.
"Another User With That Email Already Exists"
You may encounter this issue if you:
Recently changed your phone number.
Were imported into Parkade by your building, but your phone number/email does not match what they had on file.
If you encounter this message, please reach out to us at hello@parkade.com.
"Too many attempts"
If you attempt to receive a verification code from us but for some reason cannot receive it (such as due to your phone's filters or other settings) you may encounter this error message.
Unfortunately, once too many attempts to log in are made, you must wait about 24 hours before attempting to log in again. Our team is not able to override this restriction.
In some cases this might occur after encountering a different error message (such as a mismatch in your email in the previous item). Please contact us at hello@parkade.com with any questions.
