I can't log in to the app

If Parkade just launched at your building, we may have already created an account for you, using contact information your building had on file. Try logging in with the phone number your building has for you.

Below are messages you may see when trying to log in to the Parkade app and what they mean.

"Another user with that email already exists"

You may encounter this if:

  • You recently changed your phone number.

  • A Parkade account was created for you using contact information provided by your building, but your phone number doesn't match what they had on file.

"Too many attempts"

If you unsuccessfully try to log in multiple times, you may see this.

You may also see it if you're trying to receive a verification code from us when logging in, but for some reason cannot receive it (such as due to your phone's filters or other settings).

Unfortunately, once too many attempts to log in are made, you must wait about 24 hours before attempting to log in again. Our team is not able to override this restriction.

In some cases, this might occur after encountering a different error message (such as the one about email addresses above). Please contact us at hello@parkade.com with any questions.
