"Another User With That Email Already Exists"

You may encounter this issue if you've:

  1. Recently changed your phone number

  2. Were imported into Parkade by your building, but your phone number/email does not match what they had on file

"Too many attempts"

If you attempt to receive a verification code from us but for some reason cannot receive it (such as your phone's filters, or other settings) you may encounter this error message.

Unfortunately, once too many attempts to login are made, you will need to wait ~24 hours before attempting to login again. Our team is unfortunately not able to override this block.

In some cases this issue might occur after encountering a different error (such as a mismatch in your email outlined above). Please reach out to us at hello@parkade.com to diagnose and help further.
