Can I use Rent Payment Platforms (like Bilt) to pay for Parkade?

Bilt and similar platforms can be configured to act like bank accounts, and they are not blocked by Parkade.

That said, we do not recommend utilizing these platforms to pay for parking through Parkade. These platforms usually do not allow refunds to be processed. Due to financial restrictions, we are not able to send refunds to non-originating accounts. This means that if you pay for your parking spot with Bilt, and then need a refund, we will not be able to process it.

Typically these platforms are not intended to be used for payments outside of your actual apartment rent, and you may be violating their terms and conditions if you use the account to pay for your parking.

If you are looking to pay for your parking spot with a bank account, we recommend connecting your actual bank account for payment — it more than likely accepts refunds!
