At most buildings, we integrate with their systems to automatically create accounts for residents, using email addresses and phone numbers that the buildings have for them.
When you log in to the Parkade app for the first time, use the phone number your building has on file. As long as that number matches what was used to set up your account, you should then be able to log in and see your account.
You may also have received an invitation link from your building to follow to download the app.
