How do I change my parking spot?

Your chosen parking spot is tied to your reservation. In order to change your parking spot, you will need to end/cancel your existing spot reservation.

On the Park tab, click on the Reservation that has not yet started. Scroll down, then tap Cancel reservation. After canceling the reservation, you can then tap Find Parking to find and reserve a new parking space.

Once a short-term reservation starts, it cannot be canceled, and you won't be able to change your parking spot in the way described above.

If your reservation is open-ended, you can cancel it at any time following the process above., and then select a new spot using the Find Parking button.

If your reservation is fixed-term, you are not able to cancel it once the reservation begins. If you want to change your long-term, fixed-duration parking spot you will need to contact us at hello@parkade.com. Please be aware that processing fees may apply when requesting to change your long-term spot.

If you are having issues accessing your chosen parking spot, you can use the Report Parking Problem button in the app, which will allow you to report the issue, and select a new spot.
