I added a new payment method, but a different one was charged.

If you added a new payment method, but an existing monthly reservation was charged to a different payment method, that means you did not update the payment method associated with that reservation.

When you add a new payment method in the Payment Methods section, that will not automatically change which payment method is selected for a reservation you have.

We will, though, show you a prompt giving you the option to change the method associated with your reservations.

You can also select a new payment method associated with a reservation by following these steps:

  1. Tap Park.

  2. At the top of the screen, tap on your monthly spot.

  3. Scroll down in the details screen to Payment.

  4. Tap on the payment method there.

  5. Select a different payment method (or add it if you haven't already).

  6. Tap OK.

In situations like this, we won't be able to refund any fees associated with the previous payment method that was charged. As long as you see that new payment method selected for your reservation, rest assured that all future charges will be made to it.
