How to report a vehicle in your spot and other problems
On rare occasions, there may be a problem with a spot you rented. The spot might be too small for a large vehicle, an unauthorized car might be in the spot, or there could be some other issue.
Reporting problems
Whatever the problem is with the spot, here's what to do:
In the Park tab, tap on the reservation for the spot.
Tap on Report Parking Problem.
Choose whether a car is in the spot or if the problem is something else.
Car in the spot
Tap the photo field to take a photo. Make sure the photo includes as much of the vehicle as possible and that the license plate can be read. Is possible, include the spot number in the photo.
Tap Use Photo.
Type the license plate number in the license plate field. This helps us take quick action on your report. Check to make sure you entered the correct number, since we use that to identify if the vehicle is registered to a Parkade user.
Optionally, add a note in the Other Notes field.
Tap Next.
Select from the available options for what you can do next (see below) and tap Next.
Something else
Tap the photo field to take a photo. Make sure the photo includes anything essential to help understand what's going on.
In the Notes field, give us as much detail as possible about what the problem is.
Resolution options
When you report that someone is parked in your spot, at the end of the report process we'll show you some or all of these options, depending on what's available.
