Unrecognized charges

There are two sources of charges from Parkade:

1. Charges related to reservations, when you pay for a parking spot.

2. Charges related to penalty fees.

In both cases, you will receive an email from us (to the email address on your Parkade account) about the charge.

For reservations, when you make a new reservation or when a monthly reservation renews, we will send you an email confirmation. That email will come from hello@parkade.com.

When you are reported parked in an unauthorized location, or you are found in violation of your building's parking policies, you may receive a parking penalty fee from us. In those cases, you will receive an email from us as well, usually from alerts@parkade.com.
