Unrecognized charges

There are two sources of charges from Parkade:

1. Charges related to reservations, when you pay for a parking spot

2. Charges related to parking fines/citations

In both cases, you will receive an email from us outlining the reason for the charge. For reservations, whenever you make a new reservation, or your monthly parking spot renews, we will send you an email confirmation. That email will come from hello@parkade.com.

When you are reported parked in an unauthorized location, or you are found in violation of your building's parking policies, you may receive a parking fine from us. In those cases, you will receive an email from us as well, usually from alerts@parkade.com.
