Reporting a problem with a spot

If someone else is parked in a spot you reserved or there is some other issue with the spot, report it to us using the app.
How to report a problem with a spot:
Tap on the Park tab.
Tap on the spot.
Tap “Report parking problem.”
Select whether the problem is a car in the spot or something else.
If you select that a car is parked there, take a photo of the vehicle (including the license plate) and enter the license plate number.
We’ll then show you some options, which may include reserving a temporary spot for free or canceling the reservation.
