Disputing charges

If you have any questions about a charge from Parkade, please reach out to us at hello@parkade.com. Our team is always able to walk you through or explain charges received from Parkade.

Please be aware that if you dispute a charge with your credit card provider, that limits and/or prevents us from being able to take any kind of action with the charge. Once a dispute is filed, we cannot assist you with the charge, regardless of the outcome.

If you file a dispute with your credit card provider about a charge from Parkade, you will be banned from using Parkade until the dispute is withdrawn, or until the disputed amount plus fees are returned to us.

Additionally, the following may apply:

• Any existing or future long-term parking reservations may be canceled

• Any existing or future short-term parking reservations may be canceled

• You may permanently lose access to your parking spot

• Your vehicle may be towed from the parking facility

The penalties for filing a dispute can be rather severe, so we encourage you to reach out to us at hello@parkade.com first to discuss any charges.
